How age is counted
Age is counted in completed years, then completed months, then the remaining days, the way it is written on school forms and official documents. Someone born on 29 February has their birthday on 28 February in years that are not leap years.
For admissions and job applications in Pakistan, age is often asked “as on” a cut-off date: set Age on to that date.
