Notes

By default the count does not include the end date: from Monday to Tuesday is 1 day. Tick “include the end date” for things like leave applications where both days count.
Working days skip the weekend you choose but not public holidays; take those off yourself.
Adding months keeps the day of the month where possible; 31 January + 1 month gives the last day of February.
